Gym - Golf Simulator - Pickleball - Games! Come stay at this one-of-a-kind property in Eastern Iowa. A great place for families or a buddies golf trip - sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Try your hand shooting baskets, hitting in the golf simulator, playing pickleball, ping pong, foosball or video games. Have tons of fun year-round, and when it's time to relax enjoy the 70” TV in the comfortable lofted living room or chat with friends in the full kitchen/bar.

Good to know

This new construction barndominium is all about the fun. Downstairs, you will have access to a half-court gym with two full-size hoops. We also have a pickleball net setup and ready to play. Enjoy a large kitchen and dining area just outside the full golf simulator. Upstairs you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with a twin over full bunk bed in one and a queen bed in the other. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a game system connected to the 70" smart TV. The bonus loft on the other side of the gym has a ping pong table, foosball, and games for even more fun.

There is off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby, but no on-street parking is available.

Only the balls/games included in the property upon arrival are allowed to be used in the facility. No footballs, baseballs, etc. or any outside games that may cause damage to the property. Only the provided golf balls and tees are to be used in the golf simulator and they are not to be removed from that area. Golf equipment should never be used outside the simulator room. Costs to repair any damage caused by golf equipment anywhere in the facility will be fully covered by the guest. Children must be monitored at all times for their safety - no climbing on the railings or upper bar areas. Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the various amenities provided.
